 1.0 Introduction  For this assignment, we Group 4 was tasked with evaluating the prototype created by Group 3. Our goal was to step into the shoes of usability experts and conduct a Heuristic Evaluation (HE) to identify any usability issues using Nielsen’s heuristics. This process helped us understand how heuristic inspections are performed and allowed us to compile our findings into a detailed HE results table. The prototype we reviewed is for a project called Cleansiott , a user-friendly app designed to make cleaning services more accessible.
